Booking Terms & Conditions

Rates & Promotions

• Rates are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be applied to future stays.
• Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
• Not valid for existing bookings or group reservations.

Check-in / Check-out Policy

Rates & Promotions

• Check-in: From 15:00 hrs
• Check-out: By 12:00 hrs
• Early check-in & late check-out are subject to availability.
• Before 07:00 hrs: Full one night’s charge
• 07:00 – 10:00 hrs: 50% of agreed rate
• After 12:00 hrs: 50% of agreed rate
• After 16:00 hrs: Full-day charge

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
• If cancelled within 7 days, 50% of the advance will be charged.
• Within 3 days of arrival, 75% will be deducted.
• Cancellations less than 72 hours before arrival or no-shows will be charged in full for the entire stay.

Identification Requirement

All adult guests must present a validphoto ID at the time of check-in. Accepted forms include passport, Emirates ID, driving license, etc.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol consumption is only permitted within guest rooms. Public consumption on premises is not allowed.
